Drawings, ongoing
a series of material experiments
Drawing is an exploration of materials; it is an exercise to better understand its limits and possibilities, how the environment will effect the life span or the nature of the work. The process of gathering or harvesting materials is as important as the motive behind the work. The history of the object used and how it can be manipulated is all part of the mark-making and the evidence of the hand-made.
